What is eFeedback?


This tab enables unit owners to provide feedback to the Property Management Team regarding any issues they may encounter. It provides an avenue for community members to voice their concerns, provide suggestions or highlight areas for improvement.

Be Heard

Community members can easily submit their feedback directly, via the app. This ensures that any feedback is captured and addressed in a timely and efficient manner, enabling the Property Management Team to take appropriate action.

For Property Managers

This tab enables Property Management Teams to view and manage submitted feedback. This enables them to track the progress of each feedback and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to address the issues raised by community members.
