Description
- To provide systems implementation support and advice
- Creation of training courses and supporting materials – including written, video, and interactive eLearning
- Delivery of training to a range of users, physically or virtually
- Providing one to one and bespoke training for users to address specific issues
- Must have basic knowledge of general financial accounting
- Must have basic knowledge of general computing
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
- Responding promptly to clients’ inquiries
- Communicating with clients through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving clients’ complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so you would be able to answer questions / provide information when needed by clients
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of clients’ interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the client service process
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Accounting
- Able to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Good with computers
- Experience with customer support job
- Must have your own transportation to drive
- Must have basic knowledge of general financial accounting
- Must have basic knowledge of general computing
- Good command in multi languages – Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin in both verbal and written communication
